Registering trademark through Madrid Protocol is a method of international registration applied to Protocol’s members (75 nations including Vietnam). To register through this Protocol, applicant should have applied or had Trademark registration certificate in Vietnam

- In each assigned nation, trademark protection capacity examination follows regulations in such nation.

Necessary documents for applying

- 05 sample trademarks the same as trademark registered in Vietnam

- Notary copy of Trademark registration certificate or application in Vietnam

- Power of attorney (prepare by WINLAW)

- List of goods or services for which trademark was registered in Vietnam.
