The owner of technology tranfers all the right of possesion, use and determination to the tranfered technology. If such technology is an object of industrial property rights protection, technology tranfer must include industrial property rights tranfer.

Such tranfer is an activity in which organizations, individuals that own the technology allow others to use their technology

Scope of tranfering the right to use technology shall be agreed by related parties, including following issues:
