  + Not published in the domestic and foreign by being used or described in any kind of information resource (information related patent, utility solution in the foreign; other resources) before priority date/ valid application date.

- A technical solution shall be regconized to be non-obvious if it is:

  + The result of creative activity

  + Not arising obviously from average-level persons in the corresponding technical field.

- A technial solution shall be applicable if according to its nature described in patent application, such solution can be used with current or future technology and achieve the result stated in application.
